Refund policy
Changed your mind?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it isn't for you, email me within 30 days and I'll send return instructions.
UK: I'll send you a prepaid, insured return label - it costs you nothing.
Outside the UK: You arrange and pay the return, and I'd strongly suggest a tracked and insured service, since the item is your responsibility until it reaches me. Either way I'll refund the price of the item within 7 days of it arriving. Import duties and taxes aren't refundable - those are paid to your own customs authority, not to me.
Refunds
Once we've received your return, we'll refund the price of the item to your original payment method within 7 days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
If you live in the UK, Norway or Iceland, we'll also refund the standard delivery charge you paid, as the law requires. We don't refund any extra you paid for a faster delivery option. For orders delivered elsewhere, delivery charges are not refundable.
Import duties and taxes collected at checkout are paid to customs authorities when your order ships and cannot be refunded once it has been dispatched.
If something's wrong
Email hello@analoguedesk.co and tell me what it's doing. Most problems I've seen are configuration rather than hardware (a network setting, or an API key that's expired or gone in with a stray space) and I can usually sort those out by email. Start there; it's faster than posting it back to me.
If it is the hardware, every IDX is covered for 12 months from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship: the motor, the movement, the board, the power input, the finish and the assembly. I'll repair it, replace it or refund it.
It doesn't cover accidental damage, liquid, a drop, modification, a unit that's been opened, or normal wear to the finish over time. And it doesn't cover the thing it's reading: if your data source changes its API or a key stops working, the gauge is fine, and I'll help you point it somewhere else.
None of this affects your statutory rights.
